Virginia Community Corps: Making a Difference
In the service year 2007-2008 Virginia Community Corps members have served thousands of hours in communities from the mountains of southwest Virginia to the Chesapeake Bay.

VCC members have served: 36,652.88* hours
*That is the equivalent of 1527.2 days or 4.24 years of continuous, around the clock service.
Over the course of the 2007-2008 service year Virginia Community Corps members have recruited and trained hundreds of volunteers. These volunteers have served thousands of hours in their communities reaching tens of thousands of clients. Below is a table of the latest volunteer numbers:
